Sympathisers hail Madam Adelugba on final exit

NIGERIA: THE final burial ceremony for Madam Alice Wuraola Ibiyemi Adelugba, who died at the age of 75, will hold tomorrow (Friday).

Madam Adelugba, also known as Iya Pupa, died on Sunday, April 3, 2016.

According to the son of the deceased, Yinka Adelugba Brown, the wake keep (service of songs) holds today at 6 Barosam Avenue Oko – Filling, Alagbado, Lagos State.

He added that the interment of the deceased, who is survived by children and many grandchildren, would take place at Itele Odan Otun, Itele Road, Tipper Garage, Ogun State.

Earlier on hearing the demise of her late mum, Adelugba Brown had written: “I lost my mum this afternoon. She slept off in transition to the glory of God.”

“Remain Blessed in the bosom of the Lord,” he said in a post on his Facebook entitled “Condolence Strides.”

While sympathizing with Adelugba Brown, some of his friends and associates asked God to grant the late Christian community woman eternal rest.

“Please accept my condolence.  May her soul rest in perfect peace. Do take heart,” Stella Obende JP said, while Fatai Adiyeloja of NTA said: “May the Lord grant her eternal rest.”

Bisi Akinpelu Adekanmbi condoled: “Accept my condolences, may her soul rest in peace”, just as other condolence messages include the followings:
